Kin & Cloth is a design-led label that produces high-quality fashion and tailoring that pleases kids and parents alike. The label has developed a range of instantly identifiable styles that use an ever-evolving range of colourways and textures. Particular attention is paid to minimising waste by finding creative ways to use waste textiles and recycled fabrics, all cleverly harnessed to produce unique details that make every piece special to its wearer.
Drawing from decades of experience in fashion design teams the label was pioneered by Jasmine King after observing what was happening inside the fashion industry. A deep desire grew for urgent change and to lead by example due to the concerning dominance for unsustainable practices.
Importantly, Kin & Cloth isn’t just about retail, it’s about engaging with community and inspiring our future creators. As well as its storefront operation the business runs community-focused creative workshops with local children. These workshops teach children the basics of ‘making’, the value of every maker behind a product, the importance of quality craftsmanship, and the possibilities of reuse and recycling.
