Our Story
The founder, Syarifah has always had a love for textiles, patterns and textures. She grew up in an Asian household full of batik and ikat fabrics and colours everywhere. Living and travelling to different parts of the world has also heightened her respect for craftsmanship by dedicated artisans.
Syarifah launched Arifah Studio in 2022, working with communities of artisans from Mexico to Indonesia, offering summer pieces that are unique and handcrafted.
Clothing: All our garments are made from natural fibres such as cotton and or linen. Handcrafted and hand made by our artisans in communities from Mexico to Indonesia
Bags: All our handbags are made from natural fibres and handmade by our artisans from the island of Java.
Jewelry: Our jewelry collection is a celebration of summer colours and textures. All handmade by our artisans in London and in Java,
