Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is an independent emergency healthcare provider, rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. The charity is responsible for funding and operating three air ambulances serving the communities of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, the West Midlands and Worcestershire. Our Critical Care Paramedics and Pre-hospital Emergency Medicine Doctors rapidly bring advanced skills, medicines and hospital-level equipment to those in critical need, giving patients the very best chance of survival and recovery before being conveyed to hospital.

We do not receive any funding from the Government for our daily missions, which cost £2,950 for an air ambulance and £288 for our critical care cars.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and re-loved fashion, we have nine popular high street charity shops across our region. Purchases of quality preloved items help to fund hundreds of lifesaving missions each year.
