Smart Works is a charity that helps women back into work with a dressing and coaching services. It is fashion as a force for good: we style our clients in high-quality donated clothing so they can succeed at interview. If they get the job (and two thirds of them do), they are welcomed back for a second dressing, where we provide a capsule working wardrobe for them to keep, seeing them through their first month’s work.

If you have a smart jacket, skirt, handbag or suit in your wardrobe that helped you succeed at work, please consider donating it to Smart Works. We will give it a second life with one of our clients – creating a wonderful, circular journey for the high-quality clothing you no longer wear.
