Author, Activist & Speaker
Caroline has been a voice for second-hand style and all things slow since her 2015 award-winning Knickers Model’s Own fundraising campaign and the publication of her 2016 book ‘A Year of Frugal Fashion’.
Having long since stepped out of the ‘fashion’ lane, she’s all about:
♻️The joy and freedom of styling second-hand and the confidence that can bring
♻️Re-wearing, re-wearing, re-wearing
♻️Her mantra: “can we all just slow the heck down?”
You’ll find her roaming the rails in her local charity shops, touching, looking, trying on and dreaming…. always happy to step away, empty-handed. Building up a beautiful wardrobe is a slow game Caroline is more than happy to play.
A charity retail sector consultant, Caroline’s projects include work with Oxfam, Shelter, Cancer Research UK, WRAP, Mary’s Living & Giving for Save The Children and Rennie Grove Peace Hospice.
